Order + payment information:

Orders may be placed on line. Payments accepted via bank transfer to our account . Account details will be given upon order confirmation.

We also accept payments by cheque or bank transfer. E-mail us with your order (item reference and quantities) and contact details. We will confirm stock availability, price and shipping rate. Once accepted yours order will then be dispatched on receipt of your cheque or bank transfer.


All orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 working days from receipt of order. The freight charges will vary depending on the weight + destination. The actual freight charges will be given upon receipt of order before payment is made so that you are aware of all costs.

In Sri Lanka

We will ship anywhere in the Island by available courier service offering a delivery of 2-4 days. Rate details are given separately and all prices are inclusive of VAT.

International orders

we can arrange international orders by courier. Please remember you may be subject to import duties and taxes which may be levied on you once the shipment arrives in your country. Please check with your local custom authorities for more details as we can take no responsibility for such charges if levied.

Returns policy:

Customers satisfaction has always been our primary concern so please contact us if have any issues concerning your order. If any item has been damaged during shipment, please notify both the carrier and Green Pearl Ceylon within 2 working days of receiving your order. As we cannot accept returns on any opened/damaged merchandise, we will gladly offer you a replacement for whatever item you received damaged.

We do not trade or share your information with anyone. Your information is considered private and is treated as strictly confidential.
